In response to the cancelation of the Celebrate Life Conference at Sea, Symmetry Financial Group will begin refunding all cruise payments next week, including payments for cabin registrations and drink packages purchased through the Celebrate Life website. All questions and comments about the cancelation of the event and the refund process must be directed solely to Symmetry Financial Group via email at Registration@sfglife.com, or by the contact form below.
We are currently working on rescheduling our 10th Anniversary conference, Celebrate Life, for later this year at a land based location. We will keep you posted on the developments and look forward to seeing you soon.
Your refund will be posted to the same card you used to make your payments.
Unfortunately no. Each refund must be posted to the card that was used.
Refunds can be sent back only to the credit or debit card that was used to make the purchase(s). If that card has expired or been canceled, the card issuer will process the refund and, in most cases, credit the refund to the customer’s replacement card. If no replacement card exists, the card issuer usually delivers the refund using an alternate method (e.g., check or bank account deposit). If you no longer have the card that was used or a replacement card, you should contact the financial institution that issued the card about how to receive your refund.
